At Arcanix VS Ltd, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for returns and refunds.

Please contact us if you would like to return your order.

1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact

  • The item must not be a custom or personalised product (these are non-returnable unless faulty)

To initiate a return, please contact us at [insert email address] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and an address.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

3. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible—either with a replacement or refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Double-check your bank account or card

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If you’ve done this and still need help, reach out to us at support@arca-nix.com.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method; we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit

7. Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked)
